There are a few rules you need to understand when you are bidding/buying here on Fetish.bid. By placing a bid, you are tacitly agreeing to these rules.
- The most important rule to understand is that IF you place a bid, you are entering into a contract with the seller to purchase his/her item(s)! We cannot stress this enough. Sellers pay to list their items on this website AND they pay when an item is sold. If you place a bid, win the auction, and then fail to pay, you are costing the seller money. Non-payment results in a lot of extra "paperwork" on the part of the seller and Fetish.bid. Actions against you include negative feedback postings by the seller as well as the seller having the option to ban you from seeing/bidding future auctions by them. So, if you make a bid and win an auction, know that you share in the responsibility to get in contact with the seller and arrange payment and delivery.
- Note that this is an auction site. We facilitate listings between you and the seller. You do NOT pay us, Fetish.bid, if you win an auction. You need to make arrangements with the seller. You will receive email notification that you have won an auction. You will receive a notice from our internal communication, FetMail, when you log in, that you've won an auction. If you don't hear from the seller within 48-72 hours of the end of the auction, MAKE CONTACT WITH THE SELLER! It could be that they have tried to contact you but the email was blocked/marked as spam.
- Fetish.bid does not have any method by which we evaluate the claims of the seller. We cannot verify their identity. We do not evaluate the quality or legitimacy of the products that are offered for sale. We simply facilitate the listing of items or services for sale. If you have a problem with a seller, work it out with the seller. You have various means of communications, from regular email, to our internal communications system, called FetMail, etc. If all else fails, you can contact us but understand that we cannot mediate most disputes unless it involves non-delivery of items or outright fraud. You also have the option to leave feedback on every sale.
