Occasionally, as a Seller, you will run across a bidder who does not pay for his/her purchase.
Before they are branded a Non-Paying Bidder by you, we suggest you exhaust all possible options for contact. For example, the bidder may not have received your email. That's quite possible in this day and age. You might want to try contacting the bidder through FetMail, our internal communications system. Or, if you have an alternative email address, try through that. You may also wish to give the buyer some extra time. There's always the chance that they had to leave town on business unexpectedly. Or perhaps their phone got temporarily turned off. There could be a number of reasons.
If you do not get resolution to your situation, please fill out the non-paying bidder form which is located within the Seller section of My Account.
